Exchange & Credit Card Storage Policy

At JÓLY, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience with our premium-quality products. While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer exchanges and a credit card storage service to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange process within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply follow the steps below to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
• The item must be new, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange.
• To request an exchange, please email us at exchanges@joly.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
• Once your exchange is approved, we will send you the necessary instructions for returning the item.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or issue a refund to your credit card.
